BDLS is an effective resource to the corporate strategy development and execution of international business relationships, sourcing and joint ventures/strategic alliance opportunities. BDLS identify and source supplementary funding, financing and organizational relationships. This is implemented by establishing and maintaining linkages, alliances, partnerships and funding relationships with governments, private sector, banks, Canadian and international funding and financing institutions and agencies.

Facilitate meetings and presentations with government sector and financial institutions to present corporate initiatives in countries of interest and to establish parameters for fussiness and partnership development strategies including support documentation.

Assist corporate management team to promote collaboration with government, industry, financial, community and other stakeholder, provide liaison/coordination during this process: assistance with the corporate activities and potential business relationship opportunities in identified countries in Central and South America.

Provide assistance and support to corporate management team in the area of project planning, business resource assistance, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
